So I think we still need to iron a few things out.
1. if your scale does points than you need to round accordingly. Everyone should know how to round failry and correctly and that way it won’t get too confusing? It this okay with every one?
2. Is Diet Coke (coke zero) that has no calories count in the no soda rule?
3. What is the cut off for treats? Are pancakes treats? Blueberry muffins? Syrup?
4. Also what is the max amount of points for exercising a day? I think 2 is good but I don’t know what others were thinking? We want this to be hard but we also want this to be life changing and want it to become life long habits. What are others thinking?
5. If there is a tie in points is there going to be more than one winner or so we go by how much weight was lost?
6. I don’t have any more questions right now? How about you all?
I am fine with rounding on the scale. Diet Coke is still soda, so I say it is out. I do not think pancakes or syrup are treats. I would say icecream, cookies, brownies, muffins are all treats. What does everyone else think? I thought we agreed on 4 points for the exercise cutoff, but I am fine with 2 or 4, just let me know. If there is a tie either split the money, draw out of a hat or go by wieght lost? just my two cents worth…
nikki
first off I weigh 148!
Second- coke no matter what form is soda, right?
third- I am cool witha cap anywhere between 2-4. Maybe we should compromise at three.
forth- I agree pancakes should count as a meal as long as you eat them as a meal and not as a snack!
fifth-I am peeing like crazy. I got up 5 or 6 times last night just to pee. I guess I shouldn’t drink most of my water before bed.
And sixth- I am going to win, so watch out here I come! And if there is a tie let there be two winners!
I weighed in at 136. I guess I ate way too much junk in UT and last week. Oh, and I guess not working out in UT didn’t help either. Oh well, more lbs to lose, right?!
