No one seems to have the paper with the bonus points. I must have thrown it out after everyone left, sorry. So it’s time to make a new list
1. no sugar all week
2. drank water all week
3. earned 3 work out point each day for the week
3. read scriptures, had family home evening, read for 30 mins a day, every day for a week
4. took vitamin, ate 3 square meals, 1 treat everyday, all week
5. earned 75 points for the week
6. do an act of service for someone else
How does this sound? Please feel free to revise! We can put them in a hat and choose one each week to make it fair.
And on to the exercise points. We all seem to be struggling with what should count as exercise and how many points we should each be earning. Nikki and I were talking and thought maybe we should do it based on a scale of numbers 1-4
0 points for no exercise for day
1 point easy exercising for the day
2 points medium worth of exercise for the day
3 points hard work out for the day
4 points beyond hard workout (not normal but feel like killing yourself every once and a while)
it will be your discretion to how well you think you did for the day. Be honset with yourself and rate what you feel you did for yourself and your exercise level.
Does this make sense? Does it sound too hard. I think this may be the fairest way as long as we are all being honest with ourselves. Let me know what you guys think and let me know soon so we know how to rate our numbers this week!
